Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (spicy)
1/4 cup ranch seasoning or dressing (alcohol-free)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until smooth
Spoon the cheese mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish
Layer cooked chicken on top
Whisk egg into flour and pour mixture over the chicken
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
