Description
A creamy, tangy, and spicy dip blending blueberries, peaches, and jalapeño. Perfect for parties or cozy nights.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup diced ripe peaches (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 jalapeños, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Blend blueberries, peaches, preserves, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Whisk in minced jalapeños and paprika.
Spread cream cheese in a bowl, pour the fruit mixture on top.
Garnish with additional fruit slices or herbs (optional).
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use nectarines instead of peaches if preferred.
Adjust jalapeños for spice; remove seeds for milder flavor.
Alternatively, use apricot preserves if peach is unavailable.
