Ingredients
2 pounds flank or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
4-6 sesame seed buns
Instructions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Cook steak slices until tender (3-5 minutes).
Push steak to the side; sauté onions and peppers until softened (5 minutes).
Add cheese to the veggie mixture; let it melt slightly.
Toasted buns, then spread the veggie-cheese mix followed by steak.
