Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional)
Fresh thyme or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Blackstone griddle or pan to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Add vegetable oil to the griddle and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (5-6 minutes per side).
Notes
Substitute maple syrup with brown sugar for a caramelized flavor.
Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or with grilled vegetables.
Glaze can be doubled and stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
