Description

A quick Asian-inspired stir-fry with tender beef, broccoli, and smoky Blackstone-griddle flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights and picky eaters.


Ingredients

1 ½ lbs flank steak or sirloin
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce (for marinade)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (for sauce)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat Blackstone griddle to high heat
Thinly slice beef against the grain and season with salt/pepper
Marinate beef in 2 tablespoons soy sauce for 10 minutes
Sear beef on griddle until browned, slice against grain
Cook broccoli on griddle for 2-3 minutes until charred
Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, sesame oil, broth, vinegar, and red pepper flakes
Stir sauce into griddle with broccoli and beef
Cook 2-3 minutes until thickened
Serve immediately

Notes

Use flat iron steak as an alternative
Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies
Double sauce for heartier flavor
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days
