Description

Indulge in a creamy, cafe-quality Biscoff milkshake right at home. This quick and dessert features a blend of premium vanilla ice cream, velvety Biscoff cookie butter, and crunchy spiced cookies. It is a perfect, nostalgic treat for family movie nights or a special weekend reward. Simple, consistent, and undeniably delicious, this milkshake captures the cozy, spiced caramel essence of everyone’s favorite speculoos cookies in every single, refreshing sip.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
6 Biscoff Cookies
Optional: Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

Scoop the vanilla ice cream into your blender or processing container.
Create a well in the center of the ice cream using a spoon.
Pour the milk into the well for even distribution.
Add the room-temperature Biscoff cookie butter into the center.
Hand-crumble three of the Biscoff cookies and press them into the mix.
Process the mixture on the milkshake setting for two minutes until creamy.
Divide the mixture into glasses and top with remaining crumbled cookies and optional whipped cream.

Notes

Ensure the Biscoff spread is at room temperature to prevent it from seizing up when it touches the cold ice cream. For a non-dairy version, substitute the whole milk with almond milk. If a Ninja Creami is not available, a standard high-speed blender can be used, though the texture may vary slightly.
