Description

These warm, spiced Biscoff dessert bars are a family favorite with a slightly cake-like texture. Made with Biscoff spread, they combine sweet and cinnamon flavors perfect for kids or adults. A quick and easy bake with minimal effort for maximum impact.

Ingredients

8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 cup Biscoff spread (speculoos cookie butter)
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, Biscoff spread, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth
Add flour and stir until fully incorporated
Press half the batter into the prepared baking dish
For topping: In a small bowl, combine remaining flour and 4 tbsp melted butter
Stir until crumbly yet holds shape
Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the batter base
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden around edges
Let cool completely before slicing into 12-16 bars

Notes

Biscoff spread can be replaced with smooth peanut butter, though flavor will differ
Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
For extra gooeyness, refrigerate bars for 30 minutes before slicing
