Ingredients
4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with chiles (Rotel)
1½ cup queso dip (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Add chicken thighs to the slow cooker
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken
Pour diced tomatoes with chiles evenly over the top
