Description

A creamy, no-bake white chocolate fudge with vibrant red, white, and blue colors that captures the festive spirit of summer gatherings. Sweet, simple, and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons red food coloring
2 teaspoons blue food coloring
Crushed candy pieces (optional, for topping)


Instructions

Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and white chocolate chips in 1-minute intervals.
Mix thoroughly until smooth. Divide into two bowls.
Stir red food coloring into one bowl and blue into the other.
Spread red and blue mixtures alternately into the baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed candy pieces on top (optional).
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until firm.
Cut into 36 small squares and serve.
